Meet Dr. Caspi

I grew up in Santa Cruz, and am proud to serve the community that has nurtured me.

I’m a graduate of Aptos High, Cabrillo College, and UC Santa Cruz. I majored in psychology during my undergraduate education, but over time, my interests shifted to mind-body and botanical medicine. I went on to earn my doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. I also completed extensive post-graduate studies in IV therapy, craniosacral therapy, and botanical medicine, in addition to a two-year homeopathy program at the New England School of Homeopathy. After graduating with my ND degree, I moved to Maui and opened a practice there, focusing on integrative oncology. In 2019, I decided to return to Santa Cruz and have enjoyed practicing in my hometown ever since.

Part of what inspired me to become a naturopathic doctor was my own health struggle. Being in and out of the hospital, dealing with doctors who didn’t listen, and feeling helpless about my health were ultimately very formative experiences for me. They helped me gain a sense of compassion for anyone who is dealing with a difficult or unclear diagnosis, and sparked a deep desire to help others in that situation. I’m grateful to be living a healthy and happy life, free of the limitations I was told I would have forever, and feel that it is important to bring that sense of possibility to the patients I work with.

In my spare time, I enjoy surfing, hiking, and playing on the beach with my dog, Reishi.
